The Construction Industry Development Authority ( CIDA), a legal successor to ICTAD of Sri Lanka, as the regulatory authority of the construction industry has been mandated to register the foreign Contractors in Sri Lanka.

The regulations on Registration of Foreign Contractors has been  published in the Gazette No.2085/19 dated 23.08.2018 prescribing procedures for registration and renewal of Foreign Contractors & Fees for registration. ( A copy attached.)
