1. On Arrival ETA at the port of entry to Sri Lanka will be facilitated for the tourists who are unable to obtain ETA by online mode due to time constraints except for the tourists from Countries Afghanistan, Cameroon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Myanmar, Nepal, North Korea, Nigeria, Pakistan, Syria.
2. All arriving passengers to Sri Lankan must perform a COVID-19 PCR Test within 72 hours or Rapid Antigen Test obtained within 48 hours prior to departure.
3. All tourist visa and Foreign PP holders (excluding Diplomatic PP holders and their family members) require mandatory Sri Lanka Covid-19 insurance coverage at a cost of USD which has a cover of USD 75,000 for one month. The Insurance coverage to be purchased online while logging into the following web link or on arrival.

The COVID -19 Insurance Coverage is not required to board an air craft but upon landing in Sri Lanka, the tourist must purchase the Insurance policy prior to leaving the respective airport in Sri Lanka.
4. Sri Lankan PP holders do not require the COVID -19 Insurance coverage when traveling to Sri Lanka and Dual Citizens are considered as Sri Lankans.
5. It is not mandatory to submit Health Declaration Forms (HDF) online and passengers who are unable to submit their online HDF are permitted to submit the printed HDF at the airport on arrival.
